Hot Wings
Ingredients:
- 10 chicken wings
- 1 large red onion
- 3-4 cm of ginger
- 1 green chilli pepper
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 can of coconut milk
- oil for frying
- salt
Preparation:
Chop the onions into large
pieces. Cut ginger with its peel on into slices. Do the same with the chili
pepper.
Cut wings into halves and
place them in the cauldron to boil in coconut milk and water. Add a teaspoon of
salt, a teaspoon of curry and chopped vegetables.
Boil for 10 minutes and
remove hot on a grill to drain and dry.
In the meantime, wash the
cauldron, wipe it and heat the oil in it. Fry the wings in oil bath.
