Customers can pay for the ordered products when placing the order by selecting the online payment by bank card method. Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted for online payments. Bank card data will not be stored on otishop.eu servers.
Cash on delivery by card or in cash
Customers can also opt for full payment by card or in cash upon delivery of the ordered products.
Payment on delivery (when the parcel is handed over by the courier) entails a fixed additional cost of 5 RON (VAT included), called a Cash processing fee. This fee covers the operational commissions charged directly by courier companies for the additional service of collecting, handling, securing, and bank transferring cash.
