With the right pot, you can now embark on a unique culinary adventure. We recommend that you try the recipe below:
Tuna & Broccoli Pasta
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 300g pasta
- one can of tuna in olive oil (160 g)
- a few anchovy fillets
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 300g broccoli cut into florets
- a few dried tomatoes
- a teaspoon of capers
- bottarga to taste (optional)
Preparation:
Boil the pasta, as indicated on the package, "al dente" of course.
Heat the Oti wok and add the canned tuna oil. Add the garlic cloves pressed with the knife, and a
few anchovy fillets. After a few minutes, when the oil has flavoured, the garlic cloves can be removed. Add the broccoli florets and fry to the desired consistency. We recommend "al dente" as well. If needed, add a little more pasta water. When your broccoli is cooked, add canned tuna and turn off the heat.
Add drained pasta into your wok. To taste, add capers and dried tomatoes cut into pieces. They will be like a taste surprise when you serve the pasta. We recommend leaving it for 5 minutes before serving, to combine tastes. Serve with grated bottarga.
Enjoy your meal!
