We recommend that you try the recipe below using the Oti Home Classic Cast Iron Enameled Pot with Lid :

Ingredients:
- 500 g cubed lamb meat
- 300 ml soup (preferably beef)
- 4 large onions
- 4 potatoes
- a few anchovies
- 2 cloves of garlic
- a few sprigs of green thyme
- a few sprigs of rosemary
- 3 bay leaves
- oil
- 100g of butter
- salt and pepper


Method of preparation:
Heat the pan with a little oil. Saute the pieces of meat and when they are a little browned, take them out and leave them aside.

In the same pot, melt 50g of butter with a little oil, so that it does not burn. Add 2 crushed garlic cloves, a few finely chopped anchovies, Julienne cut onions, bay leaves, sprigs of thyme and rosemary, salt and pepper. Mix well until caramelized. Take out all the composition and leave it aside.

While the pan cools down, cut the potatoes into thin rounds.

Grease the pan with butter and place in layers a row of potato rounds, one of onion, one of meat and then repeat. It ends with a row of potatoes, on top of which pieces of butter are placed.

Add the soup and put in the oven at 180 degrees C for an hour. Then remove the lid and leave for another 30 minutes. When the top is browned and the sauce has reduced enough, it's done!
