Maintenance and use instructions

1. Gradual heating: To protect the enamel layer, heat the grill to moderate temperatures, gradually increasing the temperature. Once it has reached the desired temperature, immediately add the contents to the grill.

2. Avoid thermal shocks: let the dish cool before washing to preserve the integrity of the enamel layer. Sudden cooling can cause thermal shock, which could damage the enamel surface.

3. Cleaning: Wash the grill by hand, with warm water and mild detergent, without using abrasive products. Avoid cleaning in the dishwasher to preserve the integrity of the enamel layer. For food residues that are difficult to clean, it is recommended to leave the dish to soak before starting to clean it.

4. Utensils: You can use metal utensils because the enamel layer is durable and protects the cast iron from scratches.

5. Storage: Make sure the grill is completely dry before storing to prevent rust.

Classic Enameled Cast Iron Grill

Technical characteristics of the product

With the right dish, you can now embark on a new culinary adventure. We recommend you try the recipe below:

Roast chicken and guacamole sandwich

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
- 4 thin slices of bacon
- 1 wand
- a few lettuce leaves
- ½ teaspoon cumin, oregano
- 1 avocado
- 1 handful of coriander
- 3 green onions
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 red hot pepper
- 1 lime
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

Method of preparation:
Put salt, pepper, cumin and oregano on the chicken pieces. Then they are pounded until thinned, and the spices and herbs enter the meat. Heat up the grill. Fry the bacon slices until they become crispy.

Remove to a paper towel to absorb excess fat and set aside. Fry the meat on both sides until browned.

The fat left by the bacon will give extra flavor to the chicken breast. Meanwhile, make the guacamole paste: mix avocado, coriander, green onion, hot pepper, cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, lime juice and a few tablespoons of olive oil in a blender. When the meat is browned on both sides, take it out and let it rest. Take the baguette, preheated in the oven, and cut lengthwise into two parts.

Brush both sides with olive oil. Spread the guacamole paste on the baguette.

Cut the steak into strips and add to the sandwich, and place the bacon slices on top. The sandwich is closed.
