With the right pot, you can now embark on a unique culinary adventure. We recommend that you try the recipe below:
Serbian beans
Ingredients:
- 500g white beans
- 4-5 large onions
- 2 red Capsicum peppers
- 2 teaspoons of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of cumin (optional)
- 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
- bay leaves
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Boil the beans so that the
beans remain whole. Mix with cumin (optional). Keep the water in which the
beans were boiled.
Heat the cauldron. Cut
jullienne onion and sauté in olive oil, with salt, pepper, thyme, paprika and
bay. When the onion is browned, remove it from the cauldron.
Then place alternate layers
of beans and onion in the cauldron. Finish off with a layer of beans, on top of
which place your julienne peppers.
Carefully add the water in
which the beans were boiled and bake in the hot oven for 30 minutes.
